Extracting custom content in CS:GO

When I bought CS:GO, I bought it primarily to run around the maps. I wanted to check out how things were made in Hammer as well. I kept getting frustrated by tons of error models showing in up in Hammer when I decompiled most custom maps, however. I think some of you guys (@Pocket) did the same thing I did, and bought the game just to check out the maps. Here's a video guide to get the assets set up so you can actually check out things in Hammer.
