Do you have a brightness value in the Brightness field? You need four values, where the first three are the color in RGB and the last is the brightness. I recommend picking some settings from the list on this page to start with, then you can tweak it to your liking.

The problem here is that the pitch is too low and those stone walls are blocking the sun light (-90 is from straight up). Try using the data of the link killo sent you

i used the data exactly

Did you read what he said? Your sun is pointing straight up. No light is being cast on the level because your pitch makes it go directly up. I would start with a Valve base for environment settings.
