A1 on Monday, RC on Wednesday.

I guess 1 imp did it.

To comment on that, maps take way longer than 2 days to finish. You have many alpha version where gameplay is tuned. Then come beta stages where some gameplay is changed but it's mostly detailing. Then comes RC, where not a lot is changed, if at all.

This video explains it pretty well.

I'm writing this on a phone, so excuse any mistakes I make, but Its actually really easy to get TF2mappers to test your map. If there's a thread for an upcoming gameday, just follow the provided format and submit it!

However, if you want your map tested more urgently, try submiting it to an impromptu test. To do this, go to the TF2Maps.net steam group chat, and type "!addmap (map name) (map download URL)" and your map will added to the list of maps to test. Its as easy as that!

the map is now done!

So a few things, the map is WAAAYYYY too small, and also incredibly boring. You pretty much have three blocks around the point. There is no height variation or flank routes, partly because of the extremely small size. The two side spawn entrances are useless because they take forever to get to to the point, and are eaisly spawncamped. If the map is completely done then why are there still dev textures. Also there are no patches underneath the health and ammo, and the packs are shoved into corners so they are hard to find and annoying to get because they are so close to the wall.

This was a failed project that I am no longer working on. This was mainly to help me better understand the hammer engine.

Also it was tested with bots, I still didn't know how to test!
