how to know when a test will happen on your map

i know about demos but i would like to be on the map myself to truly get what needs to be changed!
so is there a way i can know when my map will be tested?

Do you mean when impromptu tests will happen? Unfortunately, they are impromptu, so you can't tell when they will happen. If you keep Steam open, you'll get a notification when one starts though!

i know that but i would like to play on it with them not only to get more information but also to play on my map with real people instead of bots

Join when you get the imp announcement, if your map is on the bot it should be played.
Or hang around in the chat

If you are unwilling or unable to wait around in chat for Impromptu tests, Gamedays are a great alternative. There's usually one or so a week, and signing up can get you a specific time slot when your map will be played. Threads for gamedays are usually posted a day before they happen, and the map list/time slot allocations are usually posted a couple hours before the gameday is scheduled to begin (If I recall correctly; I haven't signed up for one in a while).
