Horizon - A Competitive Focused 5CP Map

A 5cp map designed with Competitive 6v6 in mind with a relatively small layout to create fast and aggressive play

Any Feedback would be really helpful and appreciated.

okay i gave it a quick play and i have a few things to point out

1 you did a great job with lighting
2 it has an interesting layout

but then there are some problems

1 even though you did a nice job with layout it did not feel right, now this is A1so i understand this is far from the final product but try to think about what it would look like as a place of industry.

2 most servers go 12v12 not 6v6 but that's just if you want it on a public server

3 not a lot of cover for offence and defence

now this was a game with bots so i suggest you get it properly tested.

From what I can see in the screenshots:

It looks like the path under the bridge might have a MASSIVE sightline going from one door to the other. Check out Gullywash,where it has a massive pillar blocking that sightline and moving the path a little bit inside the platforms on both sides. That way you can be safe from snipers killing you from the other side of the map.

Yes,it's an alpha and all that,I know. But those walls doesn't look "natural". It's more like someone made those perfectly nice arches... and covered them with natural rocks. Who knows? This might change (if you want). It can either be some kind of building with those nice arches (with a proper "building" texture),or be a natural cave using displacements properly.

And I'm sorry that I can't give you more feedback. It's 1 AM here,and I got a bad day. Try to upload your map to the Gameday or the Impromptu via Steam Group chat,and you'll definitely get TONS of feedback.
