Texture Ice Texture?

I've looked around for a ice texture but all I could find was one from 2009 and a later one and it's no longer valid. I was hoping anyone here could help me out and create a ice texture, see through of course. I'd be much appreciative if someone had done this.

I was hoping to use this in my map cause its very cold and water typically freezes 32 degrees and below.
