Looks alright, but this happens when I try to use it as an overlay. I'd also recommend you update the download with the folder the sign should be in (ie put it in a folder called "signs") since it's not specified anywhere outside the VMT that it needs to be in signs/ or else it won't work.
That always happens to me whenever I use any overlay. I'll add the signs thing to the description though.
