Tf2 Port to CS:GO - Pl_Upward - Tf2 map ported to CS:GO

Today I am here to show you a TF2 map; Pl_Upward in CS:GO. There should be no problems but if there are please report them in the discussions HERE. I will point out it is NOT recommended at this time to host the map on a server because when the round ends it uses the command mp_restartgame "10" making it a loop. This is because I could not find a way to trigger a bomb plant win or time run out win. So if someone has an idea how to add/fix this problem please contact me, might even credit you . But here are some of the things I did to make it work almost I identical to TF2 payload game: custom clock, custom med kits and ammo packs on the ground, custom spawns, buy zones, blocking bullets (spawn protection from a wall bang), working cart, healing cart (no dispensers in csgo), and more!
