hi, i'm new to making maps and i want to make textured maps but no one can see the textures exept me.
im using stock valve textures (i think) and i tried VIDE, but that didn't work either.
this is the first time i made a thread on this site so i have no idea how to add screenshots.
basecally my friend took screenshots and when compairing them to mine he had literally no texture (exept a dev texture i forgot to replace) all the walls were white and all the roofs and floors were black and purple checkerboards. i followed the excact guide of VIDE both automatic and manually. i just don't understand what went wrong because these textures were from official valve maps so it should work but it doesnt.
