Finished work on my first map just in time! Can't wait to continue developing it, as honestly I'm not really happy with the amount of work I got done on it, but I'm excited to see where I can go with it and maybe make it a full fledged map.

What's your map by the way? I did my first map as well.

This was a great way to get people into mapping, inspired me to actually follow through and finish my first map!

The announcer counting down made me laugh. Updated koth_tunnels with some tweaks minutes before the deadline.

I've been making maps for a bunch of games for over a decade now and this was the first time I ever published one. I participated in a testing session this afternoon where my map was played too and while it certainly had issues and there is still work to be done, people seemed to enjoy it. I got comments like "it feels like Quake" and I took them as a compliment. :)

This is really emotional for me, and I'd like to thank the organizers behind the 72hr jam and the people who played my map. The jam finally made me take the all-important step of sharing my work. I know I'm still new to this community but I'm really happy to be a part of it. :')

That's what I love most about the Jams. Big ups to TF2Maps for including the entire creative community (i.e. not just mappers) with open arms.

So I updated the screenshots for my map, and they show up under the A2 download, but the discussion thread is still showing the A1 screenshots. Did I miss a step or something?
