So I'm trying to pak my map for the 72 hour jam and when I try to pak it it says it can't find anything, this is my first time using pakrat so is there any help?

I've never used Pakrat since it's considered outdated, but perhaps one of its more recent replacements VIDE or CompilePal would do you better?
