Basiacly what you do is you put down a light_spot entity and change the "Appearance" to something else (It's always on normal by default) like a flicker A / B, there's of course more options than this so play around and see what you like the most.

*This also applies to the "Light" entity*

Also, be aware of the fact that this will cause your map's file size to go up, since lightmaps will need to be calculated for the different light levels.

I mean it's useful. You can do lots of stuff with it! I mean.

They can also screw with players' framerates if you have multiple blinking lights in your map.

*cough* I had played on mvm map with flickering lights. Normally i was dropping to like 30-45 FPS, and on it i was barely over 10.
