i have a question, what entity's does brickyard use for the secret map?. i am updating my map due to the interest in the room

Well, I think part of it is not done by entities, but what can be gained is to be gained from decompilation.

As far as I know it is mostly hardcoded to map/game and not reproducable

Unfortunately it probably won't. This achievement probably only works when the right map is running, and when the game detects players standing in specific coordinates. It's not something a mapper could fake in an achievement map.

The map contains trigger volumes. But the logic is probably hardcoded by the map name yes.
