Texture Face Editor Won't Show

Mapping has become very difficult due to the Texture Face Editor not showing when I click on "browse textures" and just prompting me with Windows Sound and, a frozen window not allowing me to edit anymore without forcing me to open task manager and exit. When I hover over the Hammer Editor Window on the taskbar it shows the Face Editor for the duration I hover over and disappear without allowing me to actually select it. If anyone has any insight on how to fix I would appreciate it very much. Lots-a-love

Yes, didn't fix it.

I have two monitors and when I hover over the Windows Taskbar and Hammer the face editor show up on the second monitor and is not selectable. (Hope this guides you a little better.)

*Edit Browse button is broken for my editor fixed the rest. Thank you Crash for trying to help!
