Looks rather dark in most areas. I know you are trying to go for the underground aesthetic, but you should still make sure areas are well lit so player and team recognition is quick and easy. Also there is a ton of maps with "sewer" in their names. Now it's not exactly the same, I would suggest changing the name to avoid confusion with map testers.

thanks for the input, about the name, i have no idea what to name it other than sewers, got any suggestions?

I can't comment on the map, but Mannhole is a great name

When you come out of spawn there is this huge hallway which is a little repetitive and to long imo.

I don't know if this is the same with anyone else, but the spawnpoints don't work (I spawn in spectator and I can't change teams)
