there is no reason to not do an australia imp right now

We try to limit imp tests to peak times because people get annoyed by the announcement spam. We already have nearly one a day: more than that and people start leaving the group, which hurts all the tests.

We don't have a massive australian community. Announcing an australian imp would annoy the UK and EU people (oh god i have to list those seperately now) and probably not even fill a server.
