I Can not find a good looking texture pallet for a map I'm making with the outside ground as "Nature/Blendgroundtograss005" (desert-esque look). Any help? <3
What about the blu side though xDmaybe wood/grain_elevator_facade
Better than what? Also, while I'm here, any suggestions on how to make better slanted roofs?
nevermind lol that was a dead question, idk why I asked it XDBetter than what?
Well, if its a wooden or brick building, search up "shingles" in the texture browser for some nice roof textures. Make sure you "keyword" is "tf" (you can select it from the drop-down menu), so that you are only looking at textures made for Team Fortress 2, and not textures made for like Half Life 2. Apply this shingles texture to the top of the slope to make it look like a real sloped roof. Also, while I'm here, any suggestions on how to make better slanted roofs?
rip, didn't see previous commentWhat texture should I use for blue roof / red roof?
All that shows up are the medieval shingle textures, is that the right one?Well, if its a wooden or brick building, search up "shingles" in the texture browser for some nice roof textures. Yup, thats pretty much it. If used correctly, it can look like a good non-medieval roof/building:All that shows up are the medieval shingle textures, is that the right one?
They are. Thanks (just thinking, the shingles in that pic look upside down xD)
