Can't tell you how many maps there are out there with the name 'ruins'

Anybody got any name change suggestions?

Some I found that seem pretty easy to pronounce:
Tikal - Name of ruins in Guatemala (my favorite, easiest to pronounce and an actual place)
muul - Mayan word for "pyramid"
Sajal - Mayan word for "feared one"

I would actually go with Palenque. Palenque was a Mayan city that is today known for its impressive ruins, similar to Tikal. The only reason I wouldn't go with Tikal is that there's already a fairly well-known map called Tidal, and I think "Tikal" is a bit too similar. I also think "Palenque" is a much more obviously Mesoamerican word than "Tikal", a word makes me think of tiki torches.

I'm definitely not trying to step on any toes by having a similar name. It's not only a koth map instead of cp, but it's also pronounced completely differently. With that said, if the creator of cp_tidal feels like they are too similar, I'll change it yet again. I just feel like the word tikal goes nicely with the map.

Edit: I now see that palenque is at the top of the strawpoll. It wasn't when I made the decision to name it tikal. Still going to stick with tikal for now.

I just remembered that your map is KotH; I forgot that it wasn't CP, sorry. I personally prefer Palenque to Tikal as an ancient Mesoamerican-themed map name, but Tikal/Tidal shouldn't be as confusing as I thought.

How did ya get the detail sprites working on the displacements? I only know so far that the vbsp is detail/detailsprite.trainyard.vbsp or something like that, no clue how to find the material to get it working.

The original thread where I got help is here http://tf2maps.net/threads/how-to-make-grass-particles-on-displacements.27929/#post-369140

I used:
detail_trainyard.vbsp
detail/detailsprites_trainyard

Sorry if the formatting turns out where. I've never replied from mobile.

Implemented some of the new mayann prop pack.

Changed shapes of some of the geometry(main temple, pillars, etc.) to feel more square, as round things didn't fit with the Mayan theme.

I realize the lighting looks weird. I'll try to fix it next update. :p
