Kill heat map feedback

I don't know much about the tf2maps servers, but it would be helpful if a tool similar as BspVis(http://tf2classic.com/) was implemented on tf2maps, possibly displaying the heatmaps or info on the feedback site. I know the information can be gathered with sourcemod/sourepawn, and generated into a 2D heatmap, showing where most kills happen and where the spawn and objectives are, with the help of an external program. I don't know, however, if this could be done on the tf2maps servers, since I'm practically clueless when it comes to them.
