I used binds when I tried to do it, a point_clientcommand set to bind console commands (like host_timescale or cl_forwardspeed) to the movement keys iirc
i'll take a look when i get home (up at 2am working for a deadline tomorrow atm)
It turns out I need to know this exact thing for a different reason. I don't think a map filled to the brim with 1x1HU trigger_multiple's is going to run at all.
