Im making a map and i wanted to add a car that can kill the player (like the train in snowplow) and i want to use a car driving sound but dont know any to use, can anyone tell me what could be a good sound?

Personally, the jeep sound effects sound more like a motorboat than a car, and the jalopy from episode 2 is even worse. It depends on the type of car really, you don't want the jeep sounds for a minivan, and you don't want a dump truck to sound like a minivan. However you could probably rip the sound effects from the meet the sniper video if valve provides a decompiled version of the SFM, or just do what Muddy said if it suits you better.
Only meet the engi, soldier, and heavy are released as projects.
