Serching for Attack/ Defense Mod information (school Project)

Hello. I'm new to the Mapping community. I already look for a big variety of tutorial, and searching on the internet the response to my question since one month, but nothing helpfull. Actually i'm working on a map where I use a Prefab of ABC Mod Like Gravel Pit level. The thing is I want to convert it into a mod whose look like : A_BC_D.
Explanation now :

Part 1
The blue team need to reach the firt objectif (A) and hold it for 35 Sec

Part 2
The Blue Team Need to reach the objectif B and C and hold them like a normal ABC Mod

Part 3

The Blue Team Need to capture the last objectif (D).

So the only difference is, at the begining the blue team have to capture one more objectif to unlock the other objectif.

All you have to do is start points B and C disabled, add an extra control point (your new A), and give the new point A outputs that unlock B and C after a delay of 35 seconds.

I'm afraid this will not work properly. Once BLU have captured A, B and C are open after 35 seconds, even if they've lost A before B and C open. Might be wrong but I'm afraid this will work so.

If OP doesn't want to allow recapture, it should work. I can't quite tell exactly what they want.
