koth enterprice - This is my second made map.

This map is in an alpha state. Any criticism is important for me because with every criticism I can make the map to a very funnny and exciting map.

A few things:
  • Make sure your filename is in all lowercase, because uppercase doesn't agree with linux. To do this, rename your vmf before compiling.
  • From the pictures, I assume you tested with bots. Bots are nothing like human players and don't mimic actual gameplay. It's strongly advised not to use them except to test logic.
  • The big rooms in your map could be 1/2 the size. Too much open space with no cover is a playground for snipers! More height variation helps too.
  • Clip your stairs using the blockbullets brush.

This map looks a little oversized. Maybe scale it down just a bit?

Looking at the screenshots, it would appear that you have used the massive prop for one of the walls in your spawnrooms. Don't do this, unless you yourself are willing to go around and clip every vertex on it - relying on the collision meshes that come with the props generally leads to dumb results

Nope I am not dead.
-changed many ramps to stairs
-reblaced some texures (they are still buggy)
-added some props
-reworked the vents
-remade the roofs outside
-changed many walls to props

If I have forgotten something tells me about it.

(oh it seems that I gave you guys an broken Update)
-Added a new path to get into the main hall
-Added Day/Night cycle (very glitchy some times)
-changed day light ( is seems darker on the picture than it is)
-redesigned the vent
-Added a nav file
