A rather kingly matter of the hills he owns (koth help)

Adding a second point to my koth map to do something else has proved futile and finally I've come to you guys to help me sooooo the HUD is only showing one point should I add a 5cp logic in there to help facilitate the HUD or just abandon the attempt to do so because you cant do it

Honestly from experience trying to get extra CP's on the hud in modes which weren't made to have them usually results in them not showing at all. I personally never tried more cp's on koth, but as a general overall thing to try id say try to see what adding a team_control_point_master might do, it cant be any worse than what's going on now and if it doesn't work you could always toss it after a few tries.

What I can recommend is not having it on the hud but instead notifying the team about its existence by a game_text_tf or possibly a different model for the CP.

well let me rephrase the question The control point ins't working at all :/ all the proper things are set up for it to work and it isnt :/ what im asking is should I have a cp logic with a koth logic

I wonder if it says anything in the Sulfur thread about this, since that has a koth point and three cp points...
I was pretty sure that it was a normal CP map which just addressed the koth timers directly to change their values and start/stop them.

well it would greatly help in my endevors because the timers are parts of the logic I searched and couldnt find anything in the entities bar so the only other thing might of been some programing :?
