I have found this tutorial on making Freak Fortress 2 bosses and I would also like to find a tutorial on how to reskin the models of classes.

gcf scape to rip textures(vtf) and materials(vmt), photoshop/gimp etc to edit textures, vtfedit to recompile vtf and vmt, then just pack them into a map
