Custom Model Error (followed all steps)

So I made and put up for download my second map ever, cp_ditch_a1. The only custom content it contains is the boat from pd_watergate.

I downloaded VIDE for the first time and followed this guide to a tee:
http://tf2maps.net/threads/vide-a-how-to.21661/

Afterwards, I used the bspzip in the /bin folder command prompt, as explained by this:
http://tf2maps.net/threads/repacking-your-maps.24822/

With both of those processes done, I copied the bsp file into the /maps folder of a dedicated server of mine, and ran it...and the boat was an error. This was, of course, only AFTER I had put the map up for download.
With this, I asked wisey (tr_walkway) to download the map and run it for me. When wisey ran the map, the boat was also an error.

I'm close to positive that I followed all the steps correctly and yet the boat is still an error. What should I do?

Thanks in advance.
(p.s, the boat's technical name and path is "models/props_watergate/trawler_002.mdl" from the watergate pack, in case that changes anything)

First of all, you did use the Watergate Content Pack, right?

Second of all, I don't think you can successfully use BSPZip with VIDE. I haven't tried it out myself, but I don't think it works.

I just downloaded Ditch to check the content packed in, apparently there's no custom content whatsoever packed in to it. You probably did the VIDE step wrong.

I did indeed use the Watergate Content Pack.
Didn't know you weren't supposed to use both. Huh.

At this point, I'm taking any solution coming my way. I'll redo the VIDE stuff and tell ya'll what happens.

You can use both perfectly fine, in fact that's the reason repacking exists at all.

Okay, so I went through every step of the VIDE guide, and I haven't closed VIDE since I completed the tenth step (which was to click "save"). What should I do now to ensure that the files are packed correctly?

You can read through the list of files and check that your custom content is in that list and green (meaning it's packed).

I figured out the issue; the first time I did the VIDE stuff, I never actually clicked "save" at the end. Hopefully the damn boat will be visible now. Thanks for your help!
