this looks familiar.... is that from a video by MaxOfS2D?
On topic: if you have trouble, download the decompile VMF of lumberjard and just use the textures they use there.
@Lampenpam I've seen it as a main menu screenshot for Garry's Mod.

And all those backgrounds are also made by MaxOfS2D. He used some his maps, which he used for his gmod animations before SFM happened.
