Few Mapping Questions?

So I have been working pretty hard on my map, and I have come up with a few questions I need to get answered.

1) At the beginning of each round I want to have a setup time. It is a CTF map, but its a large map and I think each team needs a bit of time to get bases setup with defenses and what not before each are allowed to attack each other. I wanted a 30 second setup time, but I don't want a timer after that. Just a 30 second timer that then opens doors, is this possible?

2) I am trying to make a night map, and it is driving me absolutely crazy. I cannot figure out a way to make it look correct. I found this skybox on the valve developer wiki but I do not have it? Does anyone else have this skybox or tips on making a night map look good?

There was a remake of a Castle Wolfenstein map, I think called CP_Beach, I think it was set at night, you might want to download it, uncompile it and check out how he/she did their lighting/skybox.

I use the wiki on a day to day basis rather often, but it doesn't answer specific questions sometimes. What I am asking is how can I set this up properly for a CTF map, where I want a 30 second setup time, but then the timer on the screen goes away after the setup time is over.

And thank you for the cp_beach recommendations, I will check that out

Have the timer change it's own showinhud value when the time runs out. You could actually use regular time or setup time for this, only difference being if you want increased uber charge rate.
