Model Venus Flytrap model?

I've been getting into mapping lately and one of the map ideas I'm working on involves a Venus Flytrap heavily. I was told a couple of months ago before I was getting into mapping that there existed a TF2 Venus Flytrap model, but I could not find it.

If anyone would be kind enough to inform me of the location of the model, I'd greatly appreciate it.

The only venus flytrap model I know of [screenshot] was made by Pybun. I don't know of any public downloads, so you will probably have to add her and ask for it directly.
