Allow bz2 file extension for map uploads?

It makes it a lot easier for server admins to upload maps if they don't have to manually make a .bz2 for high-speed download servers. It'd be nice to have that as an option. Then we could advertise that TF2Map.net is friendly for server admins...

^ Odd we went through a year without anyone mentioning this and us simply over looking it.

Simple fix and works now, .bz2 is allowed and a BIG thank you.

Yes ffs. I've tried to upload bz2 b4 but was too lame to start a thread.
