Playing music for background effect?

With my slowing development of my current map project, I've started designing another map layout for a space station? Basically using sky_skylab_01 (made by VelvetFistIronGlove) as the skybox. The song in question being "Lambda Core" from the game Black Mesa.
If this has been answered prior, which I don't think it was on the guy who wanted spooky skeletons playing's thread. then please link to the answer

also, it may be worthy of another thread, but how do I affect gravity to make jump heights greater and reduce overall (if not remove) fall damage.
