Creating a two-way payload

For an arena map I'd like to soon start working on I want to have a payload cart in the middle of the map that can be pushed by both teams in the opposite directions. (In the same style as pl_waste)

How should the logic be set up?

Yeah, fubar made a prefab for me from Effigy; he should be able to give you the one he gave me. It works as-advertised.
