Two light_spots, with non-default settings of:
* Brightness 218 222 228 1000
* BrightnessscaleHDR .5
* Inner (bright) angle 0
* Outer (fading) angle 80

Along with two point_spotlights, with non-default settings of:
* Colour 129 129 129
* Pitch Yaw Roll 90 0 0
* Spotlight Length 256
* Spotlight Width 64

Reduce the length of your point_spotlights, that seems awefully long, if the beam is relatively close or passing through the floor it tends to over illuminate said surface. Either that or use a light that doesn't "hang" so low, to give you more room.
