Forward spawns for A/D CP

Put player spawns with associated control point in a room with a one way door, that's haw i do it.

@Davekillerish, if you have ABS' Resource Pack, look at the 5CP in the Gametype Library. For the team's info_player_teamspawn, there is a tag, Associated Control Point, that you'd set to be the name of what CP is capped. If you leave it blank, it will always spawn in whatever spawns are possible for that team.

If you have a 2CP A/D, link your initial spawn to point A, then link your second spawn to B. You'll start at the A spawn, and after capturing it, you'll be spawned for B (on death).
