TF:GO Map Idea

I was just wondering if this map idea sounds fun and balanced. While I do plan on making this map, it would be cool to see this made by one with more talent than I. The basic idea is CS:GO in tf2. The joke has been overused and basically is a cliche, but how cool would the idea be?
The gist of the map is that Red team is the CT and Blu are the Ts. There are two control points that blue has to choose from. A Blu teammate goes over to one of the control point, and captures it. The control point takes 15 Seconds to capture. After that, a payload cart is automatically pushed on a predetermined path to a pit. It takes 45 seconds to get there. To stop this from happening, Red has to go to the control point and capture it. Red cannot capture control points before Blu captures them. Just like in CSGO (The control points being like the bombs) you cannot move the bomb to another point, so the second point is rendered moot if the first is captured, and vice versa. Standard Arena rules apply, except that there are 12-person teams. Any questions, comments, or recommendations are appreciated.

first, make RED the Ts and BLU the CTs.
Beside that, I would make it the mode simpler, without a payload. red just needs to recap and the cap time should be much quicker

It's never a good idea to have multiple objectives in one map. Either have control points or payload carts, but not both.

A better way to recreate Bomb Defusal could be to use the CTF Attack/Defend setup, but Blue must carry a flag to one of the two control points and then defend it while a short timer counts down.

first, make RED the Ts and BLU the CTs.
Technically, the Terrorists are the attackers and the CTs are the defenders, so it would make more sense for Blue to be the Ts.

The idea was to have the cart as just something to have for the lore; nobody would be actually be pushing it. It would use like a trigger_train or something like that. It's just to put the map somewhere in the game's lore.

then, to not confuse players, when the attacking team captures a point, you could put a smaller bomb model (a custom one or the one from MvM) on the point which will explode when the other team dosn't recap the point in time.
