Server: Update scramble sounds and remove '_no1.wav'

This is not a site suggestion, it is a server suggestion.

Please update the scramble plugin to use the MP3 scramble voice line(s) and not the old WAV. The same goes for whatever plugin that is causing engineer_no1.wav and so on to be added to the download queue, which seemingly makes connecting to the servers a little longer.

Here are the scramble lines for reference:
