Do you want the water to slowly kill you while standing in it? Maybe you can have a brush above the water that gives it the illusion of electricity, and then tie the brush with a trigger_hurt.
That's the exact plan. that's why I am asking for a texture and not an actual electrified water texture. Sorry I should have elaborated, I want the electricity to be separate from anything.
