Hammer not toggling VisGroups until I move mouse over camera window

Title. When I click visibility toggle of VisGroup on the sidebar it is not toggling before I move my mouse. I think it is setting or something because like two days ago I had no problem

E: M2 click after toggling visgroup works too. Weird. Also whole VisGroup window is lagging. Changing between "User" and "Auto" wont update list until I click M2 or move mouse

E1000: I SOLVED IT! It is bug and if it happens you have to maximize your map window in Hammer, then close and re-open Hammer. That fixes it. I wrote this if someone gets this same problem

E1001: That actually doesn't work. On my laptop that fix doesn't work. I have to email Valve

2 situations in which i normaly have a samilar thing:

Are you having 2 windows open at once (i.e. map and instance, or just 2 maps side by side?)
Is the view maximized within hammer (as when i dont have it maximized it does the same)?

No and no. I tried maximizing or not and it has no effect
