Terrible, but they work. After the big ruckus over patches and readability the other day I made these so if people want some that are super readable as specific pickups they can have them.

Hooray for free choice.

What we need is a texture of a bunch of the pickups strewn about so we can make displacement piles of ammo or medkits with a single pickup at the top.
EDIT: They look nice. Red cross one is a little rough though.
