Could someone make a tutorial about death counter on a map?

Are you talking about the arena counter that tells you how many teammates are left or a literal counter that tells you how many times players have died?

If you're looking for one like Trainsawlaser uses, the prefab in Tyler's link is it. Just make sure you read the readme file and check out the example vmf. It's a bit more complicated than just drag and drop and it works.
