Event Rules and Information (link)

Egan-Gameday Rules:
  1. If there's something specific you want feedback on in your map, write so a line below the rest of your submission, and I'll try to announce it sometime during the round. (Eg: Do the respawn times feel fair?)
  2. I'll keep playing maps past the end of the gameday as long as I feel like playing TF2 (usually at least 3 more maps from the end). If there is another VIP / Admin on then they can take my place as host, if they are available to do so.
  3. I'll only play 5cap maps for a maximum of 20 minutes because, partly having no experience in competitive, I don't enjoy them and they bore me out for the rest of the gameday.

80% chance that it already is uploaded to EU.

I'm especially looking for help for ammo and health pickup placement, the last imp told me that there weren't enough, although i have more than what i usually see in arena maps.
Also: Do the new routes (pretty much everything that you reach over wooden planks) work? Would they be useful for the koth version too?

Just asking for a real fast test on this one - doesn't really need to be played for long - What I'm looking for is this:

1. How are the textures now? I have toned them down a lot and converted some back over to TF2 Textures.
2. The Custom HUD for this game type - the plr track should now be blue for both teams (unless someone knows how the red glow can be fixed - I don't think this part of it can be changed) I need to have this checked in a multiplayer environment.
3. I have added in / modified the phantom lights - can red blue players now tell who's red / blue more easily especially outside? I used ragdolls but need them tested in multiplayer mode
4. Final payload - is it working right for everyone and are there any glitches with the final annimation capture sequence?
5. I added in some blast doors to the reactor building entrance to make it slightly smaller and more of a choke - I think the way it was could have proved to be a choke for those who know the map but this might make it more so and force the flanks :)
6. I added in text hints to help people out as well but do they add / take away from the game flow?

The traditional hud markings on the track can't be done with this game mode until Valve actually changes it :)

I want feedback on where health packs should be. Inform people that if they cannot find them, to !fb where you thought the most natural place would be for them to be.

Was that a map submission? You're free to submit regardless of the gameday location, and if you can't or don't want to play with high ping, there will be demos of your map available.

Just a heads-up that the versions of SourceMod that are on the servers at the moment aren't letting people select maps, so either someone will have to change maps via console during the session, or the server operator(s) should update to the latest snapshot of SourceMod.

Ok - I just noticed the time has moved up from 5 pm or I'm used to seeing it closer at a 5 pm start - I'll be doing two test drives of new car today - will try to get back - put my map on closer to 5 in the rotation if you can. If I can't get back I've put the stuff in my first post - mainly the custom hud and final cap anitmation and the lighting :)

No probs. You are welcome. Do take the feedback on Losthorizon seriously because it could be a good map, and I think if you don't make significant changes, people would feel like play testing it was a waste of time.
