Problem with CPs with two capture areas

So while trying to figure out a way to make my mid less stalematey, I had an idea to do a gullywash-like raised point that captures very quickly at the top, making mids more about control of the dangerous to stand on top cap rather than the bottom. There is only one problem though, this.

Nevermind the dogshit quality, but look at that cap time... it goes backwards, teleports all over the joint.. does anyone have a fix?

How are you setting it up? I think to do this, you make the two separate trigger brushes and then select them both when you hit control-T to tie them to the same entity.

Would I be able to set different capture times for them if i did that, though?

You could maybe rig up some sort of complex system to alter the cap time on the fly using triggers around each cap zone, however I can forsee you running into more problems than it solves there. I don't think it's feasible, sorry.

I was going to ask to see your setup regardless, because it's much better to show us what you've tried than to leave everyone guessing what your problem is. However, it doesn't seem that this idea is possible anyways, so just keep this in mind for next time.

It was just the same capture point copied on top of the other above it resized. They are not overlapping and they both have different capture times (11 for the bottom, 5 for the top)
