Springboards / Jump pads?

Does anyone have a prefab / guide to making Springboards that actually work correctly?
Right now this is just a Trigger_Push, and I have to jump to make it work, which isn't what i want. Because it is a Trigger_Push, Soldiers and demomen can jump off of it, giving a stupid advantage to the defenders as the soldier can bomb easily without being seen. Plus I think it wont look good when detailed, I would like it if it changed texture when deactivated (by the enemy capping the point or a player using it, putting it on cooldown) if at all possible to.

You are looking for this thing, I had to pull it straight from doomsday event (decompile with only entities) to get it to work, and I don't full understand it. Someone may have done something with it for April Fools though.

HELLO THERE JUMP PAD FRIEND

Ok, so basically you add a trigger multiple, then add the velocity as 0 0 -90 to the !activator.

I did this in backwoods, but I've lost the vmfs and decompiles aren't working.
