Help compiling bsp

This map I got was from an old korean game, It started out as a bsp but that bsp didnt work with tf2. So I opened it with Crafty and changed it to a vmf, When that loaded in hammer the walls were entities so I used another program that converts bsps into .map, then I used Crafty to make the .map into .vmf and it showed the walls and stuff in hammer, buuuuut When I try and compile the vmf back into the new bsp by pressing f9 it says it cant find the bsp. Soo I tried bringing over the old bsp and then it says its not valid. I tried using every file I had as a bsp, like the original bsp says its not a ibsp. The most recent log i have is this one

Huh, so does that mean it's to big? hhaha Sorry this is my first time really trying to do something in hammer. Or is there a way I can fix it by like idk magic, black magic

Hmm well, the whole map is just walls and lights no props, its pretty huge though here is a picture
