How to set up win-conditions on 5CP?

I've got a 5CP map in the works; the first map I've ever attempted, even. I've got the control points and capture areas set up, but I can't establish the simple rule, "once one team has all the points, game over". How do I do that? I've got the master entity set up, but I don't know what to modify within it. Do I have a win-event set up on each team's last point? What would that look like?

I can't find any explicit guide on this, and I'm out of ideas on how to phrase my searches. If there's a tutorial on Valve's official development wiki, I haven't found it: I've read over the "Creating a Control Point"-page a dozen times, but I'm not seeing the last bit of info that I need. Any guidance, even a link with a "RTFM" attached, would be appreciated.

If your team_control_point_master has 'Restrict team from winning' set to 0 (Neither) either team should just win if they own every point.

I was gonna say "you're wrong," but then I realized I had set the master to Disabled by default, thinking that would activate the beginning-of-round timer deal. My bad!
