Skybox issues

Heya there,

The skybox worked perfectly fine on the original map.

However when I had to port the map over to a new file because of a stupid trigger bug with Hammer, the skybox is all messed up. The skybox is different because I originally just copied over the other one. In which was messed up, so I built another skybox from scratch. This is how it appears even though the skybox is now just a plain one...

The main area (with the skybox around it) is 6144 x 4224. The size of the skybox is scaled to 1:16 of that size.

Any help would be much appreciated as this is becoming very frustrating for me now (been trying to find a fix for about a week)

Is your playable area centered on the origin of the grid?

Or... Just move the skybox camera entity.

Moving the stuff was easy...as I forgot about the infinite part of the selection tool.

:)

In the future, when pasting entire maps into fresh .vmf's, you can use Edit>Paste Special. It automatically pastes the copied stuff into the same location it was in in the original file.
