Gameplay/Art Problem

So I have been making my first map, a Koth map. And I have been trying to get this part to work within my theme. I have three versions of this area.

The first has exactly what i want in gameplay, but makes no sense given the maps theme (An industrial farm).

The second has good aesthetics, but I have no sensible way of telling Demomen and Soldier that they can't jump on them, and Soldiers can shoot over them, which is exactly what I want to avoid.

And the third has good aesthetics and good gameplay, but I have no idea what to do to tell players that they can't explosive jump onto them (the red devtexture is a balcony type area that invites standing on it).

Great Idea, I think my Picture was a little misleading though so I made this video. There is a large building (to be filled) that is behind that part. I made this video to clarify. I think I could use what I have in the video if I move the truck/hp/ammo forward.
