Disconnected by user

Recently I have made two maps, for some reason both of them make about half of the people that are on the server when it changes to the map disconnect. It just says "Disconnected by user." The error in console is " Server returned version 13646, expected 24" I have tried recompiling the maps on normal and fast many times. It just never seems to work.

The version mismatch makes me think someone hasn't updated or verified their game cache in a while; I'm almost positive this isn't a mapside issue.

So I had my friend get on and it disconnected him, so I had him verify his cache. Unfortunatley he still got disconnected. The weird thing was I changed the map to it like four times. On the third one he got disconnected. On the fourth one I got disconnected after I verified my cache as well. This is what his console looked like after he got disconnected:

Not sure why there's faces in this, the error was cmaterial with two : with no spaces.

Also, I'm sorry about posting this on a tf2 site since it's a gmod issue. I just figured since it's the same engine you guys could help. Plus there's no site like this for gmod.

Are there problems with any other maps? The error really does seem unrelated to the map, since mismatched maps will throw an explicit error stating the map does not match.

Another thing to try would be disabling all the non-standard addons you might have for Gmod and seeing if the problem still exists (on your map, or any).

There are no problems with any other maps on the server. It seems that only the ones I make are causing this issue. One of the maps worked before, but ever since I uploaded a new version of it, it just disconnects like half the people on the server. I originally thought that maybe something in that map was corrupted, but another map that I made also disconnects people. These maps share absolutely no similarities too. I thought that maybe it was a issue with compiling on my computer. So I sent it to one of my friends to compile it for me, and I also compiled it on my laptop. Still they disconnect people.
