Maybe change the prefix to kr? For Kart Race?

Besides that, it's looking nice. I like that you've given a section with 2 very distinct paths. One that's faster but may slow you down due to the sharp turns, and one that's longer but less turning. One of the key things many people (myself included) forget when mapping is to make each route provide a different possibility of play as another. EG, faster to point but less cover over another, slower route. This is a good example that I think will be used frequently in "good" kr maps. Length/Turn types (sharp, long, how many, etc)

So is this map influenced at all by Luigi's Mansion in Mario Kart?

You should take a look at your scaling. Some of the corners were really difficult to navigate, and areas didn't feel like they were as long as they should've been. The bends before the jump (and the jump itself) definitely need to be revised. I had a pretty hard time getting across the pit on my own; I can't imagine what'd it would be like trying to get across on a server of 20 people.
