In screenshot 2, that hallway looks way too long... snipers and soldiers would dominate. And in screenshot 4, you have a messed up overlay. Sixth screenshot looks well scaled at first glance, though!

Add some outdoor area. Anyone living in a building like this would get chronically depressed in 3 days.
Colour variation too would be nice.

First screenshot is also claustrophobic, raise the ceiling and add more lights

The map is terribly dark, and that's not a good thing. If you want it to be dark add light_spot entities (under the light props which should be all over the ceiling ) with the brightness set to around 400. and may make the map look something like this
And my god, please disable shadows and the light props.
